Philly Cheese Steak Night: Classic Amoroso bun, grilled sirloin, onion & American cheese, served with choice of side.
Roberto's Authentic Taco Night: Three soft tacos with tortilla chips & bean dip. All tacos must be the same flavor. Choose between chicken, fish, ground beef, beef brisket, chili braised pork, smoked pork or bean. Burger Night: Choose any burger from the menu excluding the bison burger. Served with your choice of side. BBQ Sandwich Basket: Your choice of Carolina pulled pork, beef brisket, or sliced turkey with your choice of side. BBQ Pork Ribs: 1/2 slab with fries and slaw. Rocky Mountain Ruby Red Trout Plate: Rocky Mountain Ruby Red Trout filet, wild rice and vegetable medley of the day. House Smoked BBQ Combo Plate: Three pork ribs, buffalo sausage, your choice of pork, beef or turkey, Texas toast, slaw and your choice of side.
